About DryWorthy
Water damage restoration, fire, biohazard and mold services, one call away.
What we do
DryWorthy is a property restoration service. We handle water damage restoration, emergency water removal, structural drying, flood and sewage cleanup, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration and biohazard cleanup for homes and businesses.
How it works
- You call and tell us what happened, which rooms are affected and your address.
- We schedule a technician to inspect the damage, measure moisture and explain the scope of work.
- We extract water, set up drying equipment, monitor progress and document the job for your records and insurance.
What to expect
Before work begins you receive a clear explanation of what will be removed, what will be dried in place and how drying will be documented. Availability and response times vary by location; we confirm them when you call.
Services we provide
- Water damage restoration: emergency water removal, extraction, structural drying, dehumidification and repairs after burst pipes, appliance leaks, roof leaks and flooding.
- Sewage and flood cleanup: contained removal of contaminated materials, cleaning, disinfection and drying.
- Mold inspection and remediation: moisture source correction, containment, removal of affected materials and cleanup.
- Fire and smoke damage restoration: soot and smoke cleanup, odor treatment and drying of firefighting water.
- Biohazard cleanup: trauma scenes, unattended death, hoarding and other contamination handled with protective equipment and proper disposal.
The equipment and methods we use
Our crews arrive with truck-mounted and portable water extractors, commercial air movers, low-grain refrigerant and desiccant dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras. We dry materials in place whenever readings show it is possible, because saving drywall, cabinets and flooring is faster and less disruptive than replacing them. When materials cannot be saved, we explain why and document it.
Homes and businesses
We work in single-family homes, condos, apartments and rentals, and in commercial buildings such as offices, retail stores, restaurants and multi-family properties. For businesses, we plan drying around operating hours where possible and keep property managers updated with daily readings.
Working with your insurance
Most sudden water losses are submitted to insurance. We record the cause, the affected materials, initial moisture readings, the equipment used and daily drying progress, and we share those records with you and your adjuster. Coverage decisions belong to your insurer, but a complete restoration file makes the claim easier to review.
