Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DryWorthy (“DryWorthy,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit dryworthy.com (the “Site”), call us, or use our water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration and biohazard cleanup services (together, the “Services”). By using the Site or the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here.
1. Who we are
DryWorthy is owned and operated by Muhammad Zeeshan, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Questions about this policy or your information can be directed to Muhammad Zeeshan by calling (833) 892-1372 or through our contact page.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and service details you share when you call: your name, phone number, service address, a description of the damage, and access instructions.
- Insurance information you choose to provide, such as your insurer's name and claim number, so we can prepare documentation for your claim.
- Job records created while we work, including photographs of the affected areas, moisture readings, drying logs and job notes.
Information collected automatically
- Call data: the number you call from, call date, time and duration. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and dispute resolution; where the law requires it, you will be told at the start of the call.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and the time of your visit.
- Campaign data: advertising parameters in the link you followed (for example UTM tags or ad click identifiers), stored in your browser for up to 30 days so we can tell which advertising led to a call.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers or health records through the Site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your call, schedule a technician and provide, document and invoice the Services.
- To prepare records you request for your insurance claim.
- To communicate with you about your job, including appointment updates and follow-up.
- To measure and improve the Site, our advertising and our customer service.
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it only:
- With service providers that act on our behalf under contract, such as website hosting, call tracking and recording, analytics, and scheduling tools. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- With your insurance company or adjuster, when you ask us to, so your claim can be reviewed.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our customers, our team or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a sale or reorganization of the business, subject to this policy.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses browser storage to remember campaign attribution and, when enabled, analytics tools such as Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. Advertising-related storage is set to “denied” by default. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
6. Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your service request. We do not send marketing texts without your consent. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or call (833) 892-1372.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Job records and invoices are generally kept for up to seven years to support insurance claims, warranty questions and tax obligations. Call recordings and website analytics are kept for shorter periods and then deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted access to job records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, call (833) 892-1372 or use our contact page. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by law, normally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us again with the subject “Privacy appeal.”
10. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party websites, such as government weather and safety resources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information with them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
